Rho Chi chapters are encouraged to organize regional meetings as venues to promote exchange of ideas, to establish strong communication networks, to facilitate inter-chapter projects and to foster fellowship. The Society provides support on request to the National Office to defer related expenses of participating chapters.

  1. Chapters organizing regional meetings may request up to $200 per chapter attending a regional meeting, up to a maximum of $2000 from the National Office.
  2. Funding requests must be made and approved prior to the scheduled event utilizing the Funding Request Form.
  3. Funding is on a reimbursement basis after the event. Chapters must submit actual expenses, list of chapter attendees and a written summary report within ten (10) days following the event to receive reimbursement.
  4. Exceptions to this funding policy must be approved by the Society’s Executive Vice President.
